We accept refunds and exchanges on all articles bought at full price.
Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or items bought using a discount code cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds or exchanges must be approved by Wonderology before returning the item. We do not accept returns or exchanges that are not pre-approved by email. Email us at email@example.com if you would like a return or exchange.
Be sure to specify the email address used in the order, or order number.
If the product you received is the wrong size, colour, or style, and would like to exchange it for another item on our website, the process will be the same as the returns. While we wait for the item you are exchanging, we will happily hold you new item so that it does not sell out. Please make sure to clarify which item you would like before you send us your old item, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org Please note that exchanged items are not eligible for refund. We only exchange items once.

You will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning the package to us. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
We will not refund any customs, duties or taxes charged to you outside of our webstore.
The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot; therefore we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
For high-value items we recommend you insure the costs of goods before you send them.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We are pretty reasonable when it comes to refunds, as long as we can sell the product and it is in good condition, we would be happy to give you a refund. However, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, particularly if the item appears to have been worn. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY: All full priced purchases made between December 1st and 24th will be eligible for refund until January 4th and exchanges until January 15th. All other terms and conditions apply.
